The Berwick Bag is our elegant slouchy shoulder or cross-body bag with enough room inside for all your essentials and some extras, too.

With our signature hexagon embroidery in the middle on both the front and the back, and on the closure, this bag is eye-catching yet elegant. It's got enough flair to be admired, but is not flashy. It's understated.

Crafted meticulously from heavy tumbled grain veg tan leather, this bag is constructed to last and carry heavy items if needed.

The side of the bag is cleverly designed to flow into the strap on one side. A seamless design, which also allows you to adjust the length of the strap with the use of a solid brass buckle. The end of the strap also has a signature brass star.

Bag measures: 38cm (15") wide, 30cm (12") high, and 8cm (3") deep.
↦ Available in black, tan and chestnut.
↦ Solid brass hardware throughout as standard.
↦ Named after the historic Berwick Street in London's iconic Soho district.

Vegetable-tanned leather is a natural, untreated material that develops a beautiful patina over time. To help it age gracefully and last for years, follow these simple guidelines:

If it gets wet: Gently blot (don’t rub) the water with a soft, dry cloth, then let it dry naturally away from direct heat. The leather may darken slightly — this is normal and part of its character.
For oil or stains: Avoid using soap or cleaners. Light marks usually fade as the leather absorbs natural oils from your hands. For persistent stains, apply a very small amount of natural leather balm and gently buff with a clean cloth.
Conditioning: Every 4–6 months, or when the surface looks dry, apply a thin layer of leather conditioner or beeswax-based balm. This keeps the leather supple and helps prevent cracking.
Ageing: Over time, the leather will darken, soften and develop a rich sheen. This unique patina reflects your personal use — no two pieces age the same, and that’s part of its beauty.
